Rules wizard error on open

Hi

Could someone please indicate what the following error
means?
Server-requested client action - MoveCopy, Unable to
create dest msg

I figured this may have been due to an oversized mailbox
and therefore, the messages can not be moved.
nfortunately, the user has copied the entire mailbox
folder structure and deleted all the rules right after I
discovered the issue.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this error without
reinstalling or recreating mailboxes and profiles etc.
