Rules on two exchange address

Costas

Hi,

I have an Exchange account with two email addresses ([email protected] and
(e-mail address removed)) I use Outlook 2007 and try create a rule to move the (e-mail address removed) to
a different folder but it doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Post your rule in detail.

Brian,

I have an Exchange user (e-mail address removed) with a second email address
(e-mail address removed) The rule is as follows:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
with (e-mail address removed) in the recipient's address
move it to the info folder

Thanks

Does the rule simply appear not to work at all, or is there some other
symptom?

The rule works but it forwards all messages for both email addresses to the
'info' folder. I start thinking that this might not be possible for one
exchange user with two email accounts.

Do you have any other rules? Be sure to include the "stop processing more
rules" action to any rule that moves a message.

Thanks again.

I tried that too. It doesn't work. It seems that as soon as the message
arrives at the mailbox, it is mapped to the primary email address. I traced
it in the Exchange 'Message Tracking Center' and that was what I saw. I
created a second mailbox for the user.. not what I would have liked but what
can I do

Perfect! I had given up. It's always good to learn something I didn't know

Thanks much
