Rules not working

Does anybody have any experience of rules not working when the email
arrives, but when "run" from the rules window it works perfectly?

There are a lot of postings about that. Before anyone can answer, you'll
need to state your Outlook version and give a description of the rule that
doesn't work and an example of a message on which you believe that rule
should operate.
