Rules not always working

I have Outlook 2003 installed with all the updates. The mail rules do not
seem to always work. IE: I have a rule for "VIAGRA" with "stop processing" to
delete all junk mail with this word in the subject. Sometimes it works fine
and other times a junk mail ends up in the junk mail folder. If I then go to
"Tools/Rules and Alerts/Run Rules Now" and select the VIAGRA rule the junk
email is deleted fine. What am I doing wrong?

Does it fail when outlook first starts? Outlook often starts collecting mail
before the rules engine loads.

No - Junk email will end up in the Junk folder and not be deleted by the rule
during the day with Outlook running.

Do you have SP1 installed? In RTM, rules run first, in SP1, junk mail runs
first.

I have XP SP2 installed. Is there a separate SP fix for Outlook?
