Rules in Error: Rule Error Folder Name cannot copy to the Folder N

I'm getting this error, regularly now and would like a fix for it. According
to the article "OL2000: The IMAP Client Side Rules Fail", there exists a
product support fix for this, and the article says to "contact Microsoft
Product Support Services" to get it. However, the only way I can see to
contact PSS is to pay $35 (e.g. email, phone). It seems completely
ridiculous to have to pay money for a bug fix which Microsoft already has
available for an acknowledged bug. Is there really no alternative to paying
money to get a fix? Thanks. -- Eric

If you tell them that you are phoning about the hot fix then there will not
be a charge, the reason you need to phone in the first place is that they
want to be sure that they are proving the correct fix for your problem as
some hot fixes "may" have side effects in certain situations.
