Rules Help

Hello, Does anyone know of a way to assign a rule to a
folder so that when an email from my inbox is dragged and
dropped into the folder it is forwarded to another email
address.

Rules only work on received mail. If you want to apply a rule to a folder
after the message is received, it will not work unless you run the rule
manually.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
