Rules are not working properly

I’m afraid MS Office Rules are not working properly. I created a rule which
move the messages with “Read:†in the subject and “was read on†in the body
but it does not work. If I remove the condition “and with ‘was read on’ in
the body†it works fine, but I want to assure I’m not going to treat any
important message as Read notification.

I'm using MS office 2007, Windows XP SP2, lastes updates installed.
 
What if you add "stop processing more rules" to that rule? If you don't, the
message will go through all the rules underneath that one before it's fully
processed.
