rules and pst files

hello,
i have a pst file and i have a rule that puts items in my personal
folder.
i have change my pst file and created a new personal folder and now my
rule isn't attached to the personal folder any more.
can i attach the rule again to the new personal folder and the new pst
file via vb or vba?
i need a code that will attach the rule once again this folder.
please help.
