Rules - Actions Icons

Does anyone know what the icons in the Actions column of the Rule mean.
There is no HELP on this window and I can't find any info on any of the
Outlook pages. I'm running Outlook 2003 SP2 but these icons have been around
for several versions and there has been no explaination that I can find.
 
If I remember right, there's a move to folder icon, a flag icon, a delete
(X) icon and what appears to be a miscellanous action (assign a category,
etc) icon
