Rule to forward email after user SENDS email

One of my users wants to forward all emails sent by her
to another address. Rule wizard doesn't seem to have a
situation that applies. The option to add a "CC" to the
email isn't workable, as the receiver sees that address
in the "CC" box. Forward (or BCC should work) is what I
need...suggestions????
