Rule Help Please

Hello
I am trying to create a rule as follows
sender: (e-mail address removed)
subject contains: "Text1Text2"
action: Delete it

That part I can do. The part I dont know how to do is....
Exception: Subject Contians: "Text3"
Forward to (e-mail address removed)
