Rule for moving e-mails with attached messages

I receive e-mails that have as an attachement copies of e-mails that failed
to be sent out properly. There are several different titles for these
attachements. My goal is to set up several rules for different titles of the
attachments and then have them be automatically moved into their own folders.
I've tried looking at different options and can't seem to find the one that
lets me sort/move by the attachment title or keyword. Any thoughts would be
greatly appreciated!!

Outlook rules cannot detect the name of an attachment or the contents of an
attachment, only that an attachment exists.
 
Thanks for the reply Brian, sorry to hear that it can't be done..ohh well,
maybe someday down the road.
