Rule for deleting e-mail based on attachment filename

I've been getting a lot of unsolicited e-mail with viruses attached to them.
Fortunately, my ISP deletes the attachment and attaches a text file that
usually states that the attachment was infected by a virus. The filename is
always named "Deleted0.txt" How do I create a rule that deletes e-mails that
have attachments with the word "Deleted" in the filename?

Outlook rules do not apply to attachment names. I know, I have tried.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
