Let me make siure I understand. She sends out a meeting invitation, receives
an acceptance message, and wants those acceptance messages moved to another
folder, correct? Does she want Outlook to notice the request has been
accepted so that the Infobar on the meeting in her calendar shows how many
people accepted or doesn't she care about that?
I don't recall at the moment if acceptance messages must be read in order to
be noted in the request's status, but I suspect they do. If they do, you
won't be able to use a rule that moves them to another folder prior to that
point. I'm sure another person in this newsgroup can tell you for sure.
