Is it possible to set up a rule to get calendar invites moved to another
folder after they have been read?

No. Rules operate automatically only when a message is received.

I think I actually mean after the message has been received to say the
meeting has been accepted . It is for a colleague but I assume this is what
she means.
Thanks

Let me make siure I understand. She sends out a meeting invitation, receives
an acceptance message, and wants those acceptance messages moved to another
folder, correct? Does she want Outlook to notice the request has been
accepted so that the Infobar on the meeting in her calendar shows how many
people accepted or doesn't she care about that?

That sounds spot on! Yes she needs it to be accepted.

I don't recall at the moment if acceptance messages must be read in order to
be noted in the request's status, but I suspect they do. If they do, you
won't be able to use a rule that moves them to another folder prior to that
point. I'm sure another person in this newsgroup can tell you for sure.
