Hope someone can assist me. The last two times I've run Norton Anti-virus
I've received an "RTL" notification stating "unable to start driver for
HPZipm12.exe{HPZipm12.exe}. I did a file search to try to find out what this
is. I came up with 4 files with different extensions in place of the
bracketed portion.
2 were located in C:\WINDOWS\prefetch
1 was located in C:\WINDOWS\system 32
1 was located in C:\program files\Hewlett-Packard
When I tried to open the first two I was told they could not be opened as
windows did not know where they were created. When I tried to open the last
two, nothing happened.
As a novice,I would appreciate any help. Also, what is "RTL"?
Further, when I run McAfee Stinger, this does not happen.
Windows XP with SP2
Thanks
P.S. If it helps, Norton's file count is usually 4000-5000 less than
Stinger's
