RSS Messages - Duplicate Messages Driving Me Nuts!

I get so many dupliates of my RSS feed messages it is making the thing almost
unusable.

Am I the only one getting this problem?

Is there anything I can do about it?

To give you an example, before I started this message I deleted a couple
hundred duplicate messages in from the ASP.NET Videos RSS feed, now it says
there are 44 new items, but these are all duplicates.
 
Just deleted 240 duplicates from the ASP.NET Videos RSS feed alone.

I had a friend with outlook 2007 try adding it to his feed list and he
got the same results so it isnt just me.

What's the deal?
