RRAS , Subnet Mask

I have a win2k RRAS server setup for our outside sales
people to connect to our network. One of the users is
unable to see the network after connecting, using
ipconfig /all, the IP address was good but I noticed the
subnet mask to 255.255.255.255 and the default gateway was
the address of connected user. Any ideas how I can get the
correct subnet mask, so the user can see the network?
Thank You

That is the correct setting. See MS KB 254231. It may be a name
resolution problem. Can the client ping LAN machines by IP address? If so,
routing is working correctly.

The easiest way to fix this is to set up WINS.
However, it should work the way you've described it.
