RRAS and modem

Hi,
I have a network of 10 PCs under a domain name and the server is the domain
controller.
I am planning to allow access of several additional remote users through
dial-up modems.
I understand that I have to enable RRAS for that purpose. I have three
inquiries:
1 - How many modems the server can handle at a time. Please notice that
those are stand alone USB modems (around 10 modems.)
2 - How stable is this type of connection (I do not have concerns for speed
as I am using a Citrix server.)
3 - Any general guidelines for that.
