An error message that says,"Remote Procedure Call SErvice
has terminated unexpectantly." Then my computer has to
restart. HELP PLEASE!

Angela where have you been the last 4 months? Hiding? Protective
custody? Head over to the MS website and download the latest
RPC patch. If the computer isn't staying up long enough for you to do
get the patch open a cmd prompt and type shutdown -a. That should buy
you enough time to get the patch.
