I am getting the below message frequently and the computer
crashes and restarts.
The Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated
unexpectedlz. Type:Error. Event Id: 7031

This is really troubling as this happens everytime I logon
to NET.

Pls. help.

Could be the blaster virus or one of its variants. Try restarting in safe
mode then open task manager and look for something called msblast in the
processes.
If you've got it then search and download the removal tool.
