RPC terminated Unexpectedly

Dear fellows,
I am also the victim of this RPC error.the error is,
" RPC terminated unexpectedly instantiated by
NT /AUTHORITY/SYSTEM. your computer will shutdown in 60
seconds"
and after 60 seconds it is rebooted.

even i reinstalled my operating system, i am still
recieving this problem.
I would be very greatful if some body help me
thank you
