rpc service terminated unexpectedly

When I logon , after a few minutes I get RPC service
terminated unexpectedly and I also get a 1 minute
countdown before computer restarts. It also mentions
generic host process for win32 services. This is
initiated by NT/authority system. Please help me if you
know how to correct this. Thanks
