RPC - Server Not Available

I am getting the following error when trying to sync my Outlook over RPC:

"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server
is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'"

However I can login using owa.

I'm running Exchange Server 2003 for SMB and my Outlook version is 2003 with
service pack 2.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Often it is name resolution.
Sometimes it is related to the SSL cert (expired or incorrect servername).

Exchange 2003 sp2?
