"RPC server is unavailable" problem.

Guest

I got this message every time I'm trying to create an additional DC so that way the one that I already got can replicate with this one;
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The operation failed because:

The Directory Service failed to create the server object for CN=NTDS
Settings, CN=servername2, CN=Servers, CN=Default-First-Site-Name, CN=Sites, CN=Configuration, DC=domainname on server servername1.domainname. Please ensure the network credentials provided have sufficient access to add replica.

“The RPC server is unavailableâ€
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

servername1 = DC, it’s already up and running.
servername2 = The one I’m trying to add to the domain, so can be part of the
domain and replicate with the servername1.

I’ve been trying a lot of thing. All of them from the net and books, but no luck.
Can somebody please help me w/this thing, I’m getting crazy.
PLEASE, JUST A LITTLE HELP!!!
