(RPC) Remote Procedure Call Service error? / Generic Host Process Win32

My error occurs when i log onto the internet and after a
few minutes a error messsage pops up and says: System
Error Generic host Process for Win32 Services have
incountered an error. Right after this pop up another
windwo pops up, it's system shutdown. It gives me 55 secs
to close any programs that i mighthave open. It says i
will lose all inform,ation that has not been saved and
this actio has been iniated by NT AUTHORTY\SYSTEM. Info:
Remote Procedure Call Service terminated unexpectedly.
Computer will now shutdown.

Please help me. What is this error? Is it my computer or
internet connection? Please email me at
(e-mail address removed) Asap.

**** You need to make sure you have a FIREWALL enabled ****

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: FIREWALL , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled "Enable or Disable Internet Connection Firewall".
