RPC over HTTP

My user has OL2003. I want to setup RPC over HTTP, but when I go to Tools,
Email Accounts, view or change existing..., Change, More Settings, Connection
Tab, then look for Exchange Over the Internet, it is not there. It is blank.
There should be a check box for Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP
and a Exchange Proxy Settings... button. Can anyone help?

thanks

I have Win XP, SP 1. It was setup a week ago. Now, it has disappeared. I
will try installing SP2 in the morning.

thanks
