RPC Over HTTP Outlook 2007

I am trying to configure RPC over HTTP in outlook 2007 for a remote site.
They are connecting to the internet via a DSL connection. I get the message
that No exchange server is available. I have used the same connection on
laptops and it works fine. Do I need to install the Certiificate to each of
the remote client PC's?

Depends on who signed the certificate you installed on the Exchange server.
If it is by a trusted root authority then there is no need. If it is a self
signed certificate then you indeed need to install the certificate on the
client machine.

I believe my certificate is from a trusted authority. What else can cause
the problem?
