RPC, NT shutdown-- need help

I am constantly being shutdown on my computer when i am
connected via my ethernet card. I get an error messgae
that says something like this:

There was an error with tthe NT\Authority Sytstem. the
system will now shutdown and restart your computer. The
Remote Procedure Call terminated Unexpectanly.

I have no idea what this means, or how to make it stop.
it is truly trying. this only occurs when i am connected
to the network.

any suggestions would be so helpful.

You have the Blaster Worm. All of the antivirus web sites have tools to
remove it and you will need a patch from Microsoft.

I know that there are versions of spy-ware that allow
remote access to your computer if it is installed.
Basically anyone who knows your IP adress or is on the
same network as you can control your computer and make it
shutdown. I don't know if that is the case with you, but
since it only happenes when your connected to your
network it sounds probable. Hope this helps a little. ^^
