RPC Fix

Frustrating as heck, but our fix was to put up the Firewall,
do a cold reboot, then download from microsft.com the
patch Q823980, best to download to ur desktop, then to ur
PC. Hope this helps y'all, drove me BONKERS!!! We were
the first to get it on dial up, they thought it was only
affecting dsl or cable users NOT SO!!! lol Katt

Yup seems to work haven't gone down in about 15 mins.
