rpc error

chuck dolley

when i am surfing the net i get a system shutdown box
that shuts down and resarts windows. in the box it says
the system is shutting down save all your changes.
initiated by NT authority\system. in the message area it
says rpc service terminated unexpectedly.

this will happen at different times during internet
surfing. is there a pax or fix to take care of this
problem. thanks
