Roxio Media Manager

I keep getting : "Please wait while Windows configures Roxio Media Manager",
every time I try to send an email. It cannot load, as it canot find a file
it is looking for. I have a Blackberry Pearl and have just updated to
Blackberry Desktop Software 4.5. I am running Outlook 2003.

Uninstall Roxio Media Manager if you are not using it, or see if
re-installing it or updating it helps.
