Roxio install on Windows 2003

I install roxio easy cd creator ver 6 on windows
2003 server and it is not compatible. I uninstalled it
and now i get a windows error that says.

Device or application disabled
CD Recodeing software will cause windows to become
unstable. windows has prevented these drivers from loading.

I cant find where what driver is starting for roxio.
