Roxio Audio Central Errors in Windows XP-HELP! I need an EXPERT!

Hi,

When I launch Roxio's audio central in Windows XP I get the following error messages piling on top of one another before it finally terminates the program after I hit OK.

Microsoft C++ Visual Runtime Library
-Abnormal program termination
MediaSX: COM Interface Error
-The Remote Procedure Call Failed
Player App Server Failure
-Unknown Error
Rx player.exe-Application error
-The instruction at "0x00452bd1" referenced memory at "0x00b520a8." The memory could not be "read." Click OK to terminate the program.
Microsoft Runtime Error

(All other Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 applications work fine)
