RowSource /Query

Hi there.
I was wondering if it is possible, and if so, the best way to select
distinct items from a table.
For example:
I have two tables. One is a list of products, and the other is a list of
reasons for the cancelling of products.
If the user selects a product "A" for instance from a combobox, I want only
certain "reasons" listed, not all the reasons in another combobox.

I am not sure how I would go about and tell the rowsource to select certain
items from a table.
