1) How do I insert mutiple rows without using the Insert -- > Rows mutiple
times?

2) How do I move an entire row from 1 place to another on the same worksheet?

3) How do I shift an row a fixed number of cells to the left or right?

Thank you

Hi,

Lets deal with question 3 first. You can't shift an entire row left or right.

1. Click the first row number you want to insert and hold down the Ctrl key
and click all the other rows you want to insert. Then press Ctrl++ (control
plus).

2. Select the row number you want to move and hold down the Shift key, place
the mouse along the border of the selection and when you see a 4-headed
arrow, drag up or down. Release the mouse first.

3. If you want to shift "cells", not a row, left or right - select the
cells and press Ctrl++ (control plus) or Ctrl+- (control minus) and response
Shift cells left or right.
