Rows repeating and want to delete easily - PLEASE HELP

I have a .xls that is currently 65,000+ lines (a reporting tool). Man
of the rows are repeating the exact information and I only want to us
one of the rows. Is there a simple way to delete all but one of th
rows without having to do it manually? I have tried a subtotal but no
all of the cell information is then duplicated to the "Total" row.

See attached small example.

Any help is appreciated.

You might try this:

Assuming your data is in column A, in column B1 type
the array formula "=IF(COUNTIF($A$1:A1,A1)=1,A1,"")" (no
quotes)- do not hit "Enter" but Ctrl-Shift-Enter to
make this an array formula - then duplicate it (drag
downward) for your 65000 rows. Only the unique values
will show in column B1 - duplicates will be blank.

Hi,

You could try Data>Filter>Advanced Filter. From your example file I got 20 unique entries out of 93 in no time at all.
