row number

hi,

i would like know how to return a row number or cell number thru
macro.

i read some other posts that had this issue, but i could not understan
much. so i would be thankful if someone helped me with this.

Sure. Which row number did you have in mind ?
For the active cell it's Activecell.Row and Activecell.Column.
