On the excell spreadsheet, I can click on the left and highlight a row, how can i move down with the arrow key and the next row will highlight all the way accross. For example if you open a new worksheet and click on row 15 the whole row will highlight. I would like to be able to hit the down key and row 16 would now highlight without having to double click. is there a way to do this and how. Any suggestions would be helpfull thanks

SHIFT + SPACEBAR will select the current row the active cell is in.

Once you have done that, just hold SHIFT and Down Arrow to select more rows.

One more point.

In Help>Answer Wizard, type "shortcut"(no quotes) to see a list of shortcut
keys for navigation and selection.
