Not in a table, no. Tables are buckets to store your records. You should
not be working in the tables (or viewing data or printing data from them.)
You can do this in a form or a report. As far as how, this was just
answered in another post this morning, and is a pretty common question.
Please do a search and read the previous posts in the forms newsgroup or the
reports newsgroup for details on how to do so.
