Hi All,
I have a table like this

No Model Date OKQuantity NGQuantity NG Rate
Remark
1 A 1/1/07 10 5
50% -

I also have another table at another sheet.
I want every time I add new data from the first table,
It will automatically create a copy to the second table.
But the second table formatted columnar

Model A
Date 1/1/07
OK Qty 10
NG Qty 5
NG Rate 50%

I do that cause I will create a line chart from the NG Rate.
And is it possible to grouped the data by the model?.Cause may be
the model A will has another data from a different date.

Cho,

Actually keeping two copies of data is not a good idea. They can get out of sync. To do so
would require a macro -- there's no automatic Excel-supplied way. Instead you could copy
the data, then paste-special - transpose. You'd have to do this every time you needed the
second sheet -- it's not linked. You should consider one copy or the other the master
copy -- updating both gets messy.
