Row 1 Hidden

I've inherited a worksheet (developer not available) where row 1 is not viewable. I've done an "unhide" and a worksheet row-height reset and neither works. When I move cursor to the upper border of row 2, I never see the parallel lines (border cursor) -- the pointer jumps from the solid right arrow to the cell marker (solid cross), no matter how imcrementally slightly I move the cursor. The content cell A1, for instance, is visible in the edit bar if I type A1 in the reference box, and it is a part of the print area (contents seen in print preview). I simply cannot view Row 1 as part of the worksheet... How??

Did you try:

Windows --> Unfreeze Panes

Thank you, Allen... I knew it was something I was overlooking -- like no gas in the lawnmower that won't start!!

F5
A1
Format / Column / Unhide

(and maybe Window / Unfreeze Panes)
