Routing to Share Internet

I have 2 network adap in the server internal @ 10.10.1.1
external @ 192.168.1.2 with router at 192.168.1.1 can
anyone point me to step by step how to set this up for
sharing on the server and workstations.

ICS - or, if you're smart, buy a small firewall/router appliance instead. No
real point that I can see in turning a perfectly good Windows server into a
router. ;-)
