Routing slips in Word 2007

Good day,

I am currently looking at moving my company from Office 2003 to Office 2007,
and I am looking difference between the two word versions.

One thing I can't seem to find in Word 2007 is the Routing slips. I want to
create a document that routes to a number of people, but this option isn't
there.... Even when I recieve a document with a routing slip embedded, it
still isn't there.

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately... the routing slip feature is gone from Word 2007. There
might be some replacement functionality via SharePoint (depending on
corporate implementation), but nothing in Office 2007 so far as I've been
able to determine.

I have a SharePoint WSS 3.0 but setting up workflows is so convoluted that
use it. Looks like we won't be moving to Office 2007 anytime soon.
