i do not can reinstall windows ...

this service of windows is very poor
thousand problem not solved in the web ...
 
Sorry to say this, but if you want a solution you are going to have to spend
a bit more time describing what the problem instead of quickly jotting down a
jumbled list of spellin/grammar mistakes and numbers. When the problem
happens, what specific problems it causes, does the PC boot up into windows,
what version of windows are you running?
