Rounding

I wish to have the numbers rounded to the nearest 10 (or
nearest 100 or nearest 1000. (Ex.) 1069.06 I wish to have
rounded NOT to 1069 but to 1070 (the nearest 10). I can't
seem to find the fix for this. Please help.
