Need some urgent help please. Thanks in advance.

How do I round to the nearest thousnad and nearest
million in Excel.

£1,000,000 would show as £1000k
£1,000,000 would show as £1m

for dispaly only use a custom format such as
£0,"k"
and
£0,,"m"

for rounding the values use
=ROUND(A1,-3)
and
=ROUND(A1,-6)

In the Type box, enter: (use your own currency sign instead of $)
$#,k
or
$#,,"m"
