rounding up to the nearest whole number

I am running a report in access and need to have my numbers round up to the
nearest whole number. I also need number that are less than .5 to show a
value of 1.
 
Hi. Does this do what you want?....
IIf([YourNumber]=Int([YourNumber]),[YourNumber],Int([YourNumber])+1)
