rounding numbers

Dear all
i am using excel XP edition and i retrieve data from a
database
the problem is that i have plenty of numbers with decimals
There is anyway when i am sum those numbers to keep them
with out any roundings?
eg. 15,05 + 5,5 to give me 20,55 and not 21

increase decimals in cell by way of formatting under
format,cells, numbers etc to 2.
