Rounding Function

Dear all,

I need rounding function. I already have a function for this purpose, but
the result is not consistent when the user change the Regional & Language
Options in Control Panel.
Please help. Thanks.

Can't be done. If you change the Regional setting you change "everything".
As an example US dollars can be rounded to 2 point but the Chinese Yuan is
normally not rounded as it is a set number

Is there a reason why users need to alter the regional settings ? You
either are in one country are you are not.

which one? ROUND(number, significant figures)?

I need function like Round(Number, number of digits)
Some countries use . (dot) as decimal point, but others use , (comma) as
decimal point
