Rounding Down of Age

Person born on 12/11/1998 and I need to calculate their age in years (rounded
down) on 22/08/2006. If I use the DateDiff function
(DateDiff("yyyy",[DoB],[StartDate]), it returns the value of '8'. Using
DateDiff in Excel returns 7.78 years as does (StartDate-DoB)/365.25...

How can I get Access for this instance to return a value of 7 as this is the
correct age rounded down.
